Contract Lifting

AGL’s platinum insurance cover. AGL accept the risks and take ownership of:

• Goods on Hook insurance in excess of CPA £50,000.00 cover.
• AGL Can cover Goods on Hook up to £2,000,000.00
• AGL take responsibility for the Ground conditions for the Crane berthing area. 
• AGL responsibility to ensure the Crane/Plant can safely access the site. 
• Tyre /punctures Insurance Cover
• Breakdown Cover
  No Excess fee in the event of a claim. 
• Wind Insurance offered.
  Minimal risk to the client & end user

As standard, the customers responsibilities will be accepting the risks of:

• Ground conditions are the responsibility of the hirer including access and egress
• Any damage caused by the plant or to the plant is the hirers responsibility up until the plant can be off-hired.
• No breakdown cover,
• Tyres / punctures as soon as it leaves
  yard the responsibility hirer
• The customer needs to supply the
  information of the lift / ground.
• Inclusive of £25,000.00 Goods on
  Hook Insurance.
• Insurance Excess charges vary from
  £5,000.00 upwards.

As Standard, the customers responsibilities will be accepting the principle risks of:

• Public Liability for injury or damage arising out of the use of the plant.
• Damage or Injury needs to be reported to the owners within 24 hours.
• Ground conditions the responsibility of the hirer including access and egress
• Any damage caused by the plant or to the plant is the hirers responsibility up until the plant can be off-hired.
• No breakdown cover,
• Tyres / punctures as soon as it leaves yard
  the responsibility hirer
• The customer needs to supply the
  information of the lift / ground.
• Selection of Cranes/Plant/Planning.
• Method Statement and Risk Assessment
• Appointed Person
• Insurance Cover for damage of the
  crane/plant, continuing hire charges during the repair, lifted goods
