Safety
Every lift is planned by a competent appointed person, with site-specific lift plans and risk assessments issued before mobilisation — never written on the day.
SHEQ
SHEQ isn't a separate department at AGL — it's how the work is planned, briefed and recorded. If the plan isn't safe, it isn't the plan.
Our four pillars
Each pillar has owners, controls and records — so performance can be demonstrated, not just claimed.
Every lift is planned by a competent appointed person, with site-specific lift plans and risk assessments issued before mobilisation — never written on the day.
Fatigue, manual handling, noise, vibration and welfare are assessed as part of the plan. Our teams are briefed, trained and supported to raise concerns without hesitation.
Spill control, waste segregation, emissions and noise are managed on site. We plan routes and plant selection to reduce disruption to neighbours and the local environment.
Documented inspections, plant certification and completion records mean the evidence pack is complete at handover, not chased afterwards.
How we control it
Evidence, not assurances
AGLive holds the documents, inspections, photographs and sign-offs for each job in one record, so your SHEQ team can see the evidence while the works are still live.
Get in touch and we'll share our policies, competence records and a sample project pack.
